At Brothers Cab, we strive to provide reliable and satisfactory service for every trip. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may apply.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund or no charge applied.
- Within 24 hours of pickup: A cancellation fee may apply, as this affects driver scheduling.
- No-shows: If a passenger is not present at the pickup location within a reasonable waiting period and does not communicate with our team, the booking may be charged in full.
2. Cancellations by Brothers Cab
If Brothers Cab cancels a confirmed booking due to vehicle unavailability, driver issues, or other operational reasons, customers will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to rebook at no additional cost
3. Service Delays
- Minor delays due to traffic or weather do not qualify for a refund, as these are outside our control.
- If a significant delay caused by Brothers Cab results in a missed flight or appointment, customers may contact us to discuss the situation on a case-by-case basis.
4. Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of your trip with your booking details. We will review the charge and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking, where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- The passenger was not present at the agreed pickup location or time
- The booking was cancelled after the cancellation window
- The service was completed as agreed, even if the passenger later changes their mind
